Product Description
This 6 mm shank diamond flat bottom engraving bit uses a 90° profile with a 0.2 mm flat tip. The wide included angle is suitable for broad V-grooves, large lettering, edge decoration and shallow chamfer-style carving where the mark must remain visible without cutting deeply into the workpiece.
Diamond construction provides wear resistance for abrasive ceramic, tile, marble and stone applications. The flat tip gives the groove a controlled bottom and adds point strength. Use shallow step-downs and stable cooling or dust extraction, and confirm the machine runout before processing finished surfaces.
