Product Description
This PCD flat bottom engraving bit uses a 6 mm shank, 30° cutting angle and 0.2 mm flat tip for fine, narrow engraving. The sharp low-angle profile supports detailed characters and delicate decorative lines, while the flat bottom improves tip durability and gives the groove a consistent base.
Polycrystalline diamond provides high wear resistance for extended production on suitable abrasive non-ferrous, composite and hard decorative materials. The cutter is intended for precision CNC engraving with controlled depth. Stable workholding, low runout and gradual passes help maintain edge quality and repeatability.
