Product Description
This 6 mm shank diamond engraving bit has a 60° cutting profile and a 0.2 mm flat bottom. It is designed for accurate V-style grooves with a stable flat at the base, helping produce clear characters, logos and decorative details without relying on an extremely fragile needle point.
The 60° geometry creates a wider opening than a 45° cutter at the same depth, which is useful for visible lettering and medium-width engraving. The diamond edge supports machining of ceramics, glazed tiles, tombstones and marble. Correct spindle speed, shallow passes and secure workholding are recommended for consistent results.
