Product Description
This heavy-duty long-reach diamond flat bottom engraving bit features a 16 mm shank, 45° cutting angle, 0.2 mm flat tip and 120 mm overall length. The larger shank improves rigidity for demanding stone-carving equipment, while the extended body reaches recessed areas and large monument work.
It is designed for detailed engraving on marble, tombstones, ceramic and similar abrasive materials. The 45° profile produces controlled fine grooves, and the flat tip supports a defined base. Because of the 120 mm length, minimum practical overhang, accurate spindle runout and conservative feed settings are especially important.
