This 6×2.0x1.5×90 PCD composite cutting bit uses a 6 mm shank, 2.0 mm cutting diameter, 1.5 mm working length and 90-degree geometry. The polycrystalline diamond edge delivers long wear life and clean precision machining on abrasive plastic and composite components.
It is suitable for mobile-phone lens materials, PC, PMMA, PET, LCD panels, acrylic and ABS edge cutting. The compact PCD tip supports fine features, side cutting and consistent production quality.
