Product Description
This 6 mm shank diamond flat bottom engraving bit combines a 45° included angle with a 0.2 mm flat tip for controlled fine-line carving. The flat bottom strengthens the cutting point compared with a needle-sharp tip and produces a defined groove bottom for lettering, decorative lines and shallow relief work.
The diamond cutting section is intended for abrasive materials such as ceramic, tile, marble and tombstone stone. A 45° profile balances detail and groove width, making it suitable for general engraving where clean edges and consistent depth are required. Use rigid clamping, steady coolant or dust control, and conservative feeds to protect the diamond edge.
