Product Description
This 6 mm shank nonstandard forming end mill is made for CNC operations that cannot be completed efficiently with a conventional straight or spiral cutter. Its special cutting profile can combine edge shaping, grooving or contour forming in one pass, reducing repeated tool changes and improving consistency between workpieces.
The rigid 6 mm shank provides stable clamping for engraving machines and CNC routers. It is suitable for customized profiles in wood, MDF, engineering plastics and compatible composite materials. Because the cutting geometry is application-specific, machining parameters should be selected according to the profile depth, material hardness and available chip clearance.
